How does Capy pricing work?
Capy is free to download. Full access to transcription, translation, and summaries comes with a subscription, billed monthly through your App Store account.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Everything is handled by Apple. Open your App Store account settings to change plans or cancel. To prevent renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Which languages can Capy translate?
More than a dozen, including Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Thai, Turkish, and Ukrainian. Translation runs on device using Apple’s language models, so the list follows what your device supports.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone, iPad, and Mac, on iOS 18 or later. Siri support needs Apple Intelligence with your language set to English.
